Dr. Rajesh Kumar Professor, Department of Chemistry, In-charge Library

Dr. Rajesh Kumar is a distinguished academician and researcher specializing in Biophysical and Bioinorganic Chemistry. He earned his Ph.D. from Hyderabad Central University and has extensive experience in teaching and research, having served at institutions such as Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and University of British Columbia, Canada as a Postdoctoral Fellow.

He has held key administrative roles, including Head of the Department of Chemistry, Executive Council Member, and Academic Council Member at the Central University of Punjab. His research focuses on protein structure and function, iron metabolism, metabolic disorders, and biophysical interactions.

Dr. Rajesh Kumar serves as Incharge Library, overseeing library resources and services to support academic and research activities at the university.
